ADVANCE BONUS WEEKS CLARIFICATION 

The recent Management Update advised that Golden Turtle Club (“GTC”) members will now be able to make reservations for Advance Bonus Weeks 365 days in advance.  The advisory also indicated that this would be only allowed between May 1 and October 31, subject to availability and the requirement that all applicable fees be paid and current.  While the approval of these advance bonus week reservations will be closely monitored by Global Resort Management (“GRM”),  GTC members at either the Morritt’s Grand Resort or the Morritt’s Tortuga Club seeking to utilize this new benefit should understand that most, if not all, of the units to be made available for the 365 day advance bonus week reservations will be in  one-bedroom Morritt’s Tortuga Club poolside units.

The existing policy with regard to  Bonus Week reservations during the period of November 1 through April 30 (30 days for GTC members and 10 days for Non-GTC members, subject to availability) remains in effect.  On occasion, 90 day Advance Bonus Weeks have been and will continue to be made available as  inventory permits. 

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused our owners.  We believe that this is certainly an enhancement to our GTC membership at both resorts.  The developer and association board of directors are always working to introduce new benefits to our members.
