Owner Referral Program Update 

Come and Get Involved in Our Owner Referral Program and

We will pay for your next year’s maintenance fee!  

How does an Owner Qualify?

 

·        If the existing owner brings guests with them to Morritts and they become an Owner, the existing Owner qualifies.

·        If an existing Owner sends down friends or family on the owner’s primary or bonus week the owner must first contact, via email or telephone,  the Sales Department or a Sales Representative to qualify.

·        Owner’s guests must provide the Owner Referral Registration form upon check-in at the resort.

·        The existing owner will receive payment once the referred owner has paid in 25% equity on the unit purchased.
