OWNER REPRESENTATIVE ON BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF MORRITT’S TORTUGA CLUB

I’m excited to present myself as a Director for Morritt’s Tortuga Club! A few details about myself: I am a local resident and Caymanian candidate, timeshare owner since COVID in 2020, and an avid supporter of Morritt’s.

My background revolves around Human Resources, having worked in senior level roles throughout my career.

I currently run my own practice, Intuitive Coaching (an HR Consultancy & Coaching business) that offers senior level expertise, coupled with positive psychology, professionalism and credibility. I place relational and emotional intelligence at the forefront of all that I do and deliver.

I am also a Director with Platinum Group Cayman, a local recruitment agency in Cayman that strives to offer exceptional placements and discretionary service to its clients.

My two decades of Human Resource Management experience serves as the foundation of understanding people behaviour and problem solving at all levels. I’ve worked in organisations from 5 to 300 employees and within industries ranging from financial services to real estate development. I am passionate, energetic, collaborative and thrive on identifying “win-win” solutions for all involved!

As your new Director, I feel I can strongly contribute my own qualities, alongside your other Directors, who equally bring their respective skills and contributions to the table as well.

In closing, here are a few initial contributions I feel I can make…

• Ensure there is a local and Caymanian voice being represented on the Board

• Offer ‘new blood and new thinking’ to the Board

• A review of suggestions or concerns raised from you the owners and community, to see what changes can or should be made

• Balancing business needs and owner voices

• And lastly, representing the Cayman Islands as one of Morritt’s premier vacation destinations to attract even more visitors and stayovers with us!
